Role as MLA

As a struggle and hard work for people’s demands and development issues, BJP again appointed Randhir Singh as MLA candidate in 2003 from Vallabh Nagar (Udaipur) constituency seat of Rajasthan. Now he was a popular among masses and won the seat and elected MLA of Vallabh Nagar. He defeated Ex. Home minister late Gulab Singh Shaktawat with a great margin of 32,101 votes. It has really a historical victory and a reward to a mass leader.
He maintained the position of BJP in Lok Sabha Election in 2004, when BJP’s MP candidate Smt. Kiran Maheshwari won the election, and there was a big contribution of votes in the victory from Vallabh Nagar constituency too.
In his tenure of MLA he performed well at organisational level, where Pradhan (Chairman) and Up-Pradhan (vice chairman) of Bhindar Panchayat Samiti, Nagar Palika Board of Bhindar Nagar Palika, outstanding victory of 15 ward member in Kanod Nagar Palika, BJP’s victory in Udaipur Sahkari Dugdh Utpadak Sangh (Federation of milk producers cooperative), Krishi Upaj Mandi election.

Achievements as MLA
Maharaj Randhir Singh paid gratitude to elect him a MLA by making his honest effort to change the picture of Vallabhnagar constituency. With the support of then CM Smrimati Vasundhara Raje Scindia, Randhir Singh created a history in the constituency by a large number of development works in every area and sector. He created a record achievement by implementing development schemes and programmes during his tenure of five years in Vasunhdara Raje led BJP rule against the previous 56 years slow development. The development made during his tenure is almost equal in amount and impact in comparison to the development made during the previous 56 years rules.

Mega Walk (Padyatra)
In 2008 by his efforts he established veterinary college in Navaniya. After this success he organised padyatra (walk) from Navaniya to Sanvaliyaji. He mobilised and led more than 25 thousand people in this padyatra. It was also a historical mega event in the political history of Vallabh Nagar constituency.
